KU Leuven tests agri solar panel park at height

In Bierbeek, TRANSFarm - the test farm of our Belgium partner KU Leuven - wants to build a large solar panel park of approximately 3.5 hectares. Not a classic solar panel park, the panels will be placed at a height of 5.5 meters above the field, so that crops can still be grown underneath. TRANSfarm wants to test the setup, so that in the future more farmers may be able to give their fields a dual function.
