Gender equality through Public Administrations

The general objective of the project is to improve EU gender equality through the actions of public administrations. More specifically, the project wants to photograph the existing situation on gender equality within public administrations and develop measures (criteria on ERDF/FSE+ funds, strategies, development programmes etc.), which can bring a significant change within the organizations and externally on the territories in which they operate. The policies developed must have concrete and measurable indicators for the real economic impact of the project.

Therefore, the project will stimulate public administrations to actively become a transformative agent also in influencing funds and/or public investments thanks to its good practice and virtuous example of inclusivity and gender equality.
