During the first session of this online event, regional actors and stakeholders will showcase digitalisation good practices and innovative projects developed in the Irish Midlands across the EMRAs 3 Key Principles, namely Healthy Placemaking, Climate Action and Economic Opportunity.
Participants will also have the opportunity to exchange further views on the topic of Rural Working Hubs and Clusters and interact in the break-out rooms with the speakers and event organisers. The questions addressed in the two break-out rooms will be:
1. Remote working - how do we build capacity or identify where the need is for remote working hubs?
2. Clusters - how do we identify clusters or define them i.e., by geographic area, type, manufacturing, ICT?
The second session will concern the EU Recovery Plan and include key messages from a regional perspective
