Third Thematic Expert meeting of ACROSS

On the 2nd of December, Project Partners held the third Thematic Expert Team (TET) and management meeting online.

The meeting comprised three main sessions:

1. Local Analysis Report Peer Review
2. Policy Improvement Session
3. Project Management Session

As project partners worked on their Local Analysis Report (LAR), they were paired for a peer review, meaning that each pair of partners exchanged their draft LARs for review using a template created by BURST.

During the first session of the TET meeting, project partners were divided into different Zoom rooms to provide feedback on each other's LARs. This method helps them finalising the documents.

In the second session, each partner presented their Policy Improvement table, explaining how they plan to apply the lessons learned from the Alba Iulia Study Visit at the local level. This table, created by BURST, serves as an excellent tool for ACROSS partners to document their experiences from each study visit and prepare for their policy improvements.

The third part of the meeting included a session on project and financial management. The Lead Partner, Alba Iulia, presented the activities and deadlines for Semester 2, while the communication manager of EDC Debrecen discussed the current communication tasks.
