Online Project Management Meeting in ACROSS project

Although we have just entered the new year, project partners are already preparing for the upcoming period. On January 21, 2025, project partners held an online project management meeting, led by the Lead Partner, Alba Iulia Municipality.

The meeting began with the Lead Partner discussing the validation process for the first progress report and outlining the tasks that still need to be completed by partners in the second semester. The Thematic Lead of ACROSS, BURST, then guided partners through the upcoming thematic activities, which include finalizing the Local Analysis Reports (LAR) and uploading Good Practices to the Interreg Europe database. Participants also discussed tasks to be carried out at the local and regional levels during the semester, such as Local Stakeholder Group (LSG) meetings and intra-organizational workshops.

As outlined in the agenda, EDC Debrecen, the host for the next study visit in Debrecen scheduled for March 25-26, presented the first version of the event agenda.

Finally, the partners agreed on the date for the next online meeting of the Thematic Expert Team.
