Stakeholders meeting in Temse!

At the end of October, the municipality of Sint Niklaas, the Belgian partner in the AdCap4GoodGov project, and the representatives of the municipality of Temse, stakeholder in the same project, organized a meeting in Temse with the role of detailing aspects regarding the collaboration between the two municipalities in order to identify ways to optimize their services, with a special focus on the digital transition.

On the agenda of the meeting were topics such as: AdCap4GoodGov project itself and its goal and activities, the vision for improving public services delivery and digitalization of Temse and Sint Niklaas municipalities, challenges encountered in terms of how to get a culture shift, to engage personnel or to ensure the right support towards the services closest to us citizens, visitors and businesses.

Organized In the AdCap4GoodGov framework and under the Interreg Europe Program 2021-2027 approach on mutual learning, the meeting proved to be an excellent opportunity to encourage the change of good practices, to learn from each other and to seek together solutions to common challenges.

Also, new local governments are expected to join soon these meetings, sharing new experiences and good practices!
