Teambuilding for AdCap4GoodGov - It's all about the team!

Any public administration needs resources to fulfill its role and to create a strong and active community, and knowledge and efficient allocation of resources contributes to increasing the quality of public services and the development of local communities; the AdCap4GoodGov project aims to contribute to the improvement of the public policy instruments proposed by the partners, regarding administrative capacity measures, creating the premises for public administrations better prepared and better able to adapt to the needs of citizens, better performing public services and stronger, participatory and responsible communities.

For these objectives, it is essential that partner public administrations plan not only what they do and for whom, but also how they do it and together with whom.

To this end, the Ministry of Development, Public Works and Administration, the leader of the AdCap4GoodGov project team, hosted, on July 4, 2024, a meeting with his own stakeholders identified within the project, focused on the Mutual learning, good practices in administrative capacity building, and innovation and responsiveness.

Together with the Ministry of Research, Innovation and Digitalisation, the Association of Municipalities in Romania, the Association of Towns in Romania and the National Institute of Statistics, MDPWA has taken important steps in establishing a common vision and approach for the implementation of activities under his responsibility, which will help the project to achieve optimal results.
