LSG #1 in Belgium by Designregio Kortrijk & Stad Kortrijk

On September 26th 2024 at 12:30 noon Designregio Kortrijk, chaired by Stijn Debaillie held a meeting with the representatives of the stakeholders group. On the agenda was the presentation of the CCSI4CCSI project with all the facts and figures.

The participating partners of the CCSI4CCSI project were presented and The Exchange of Experience that took place in September in Krakow was mentioned. The goal and the challenging transition in terms of the environment, the social and the digital were specified. The financing of the Interreg Europe program was also discussed in more detail to the stakeholders.

The discussion started and was about which approach looks at methods that can determine the needs of creatives and several questions popped up:

• What are your needs when you encounter environmental, digital and social evolutions?
• How can we improve the city strategy to support you?
• What can DRK do for you from the ecosystem of “creatives-companies-government-education-…” in the field of creativity and artistic development?

All the stakeholders were positive about the project and the planned actions.

One of the stakeholders was happy to follow up the project from their own Interreg Europe project "CHERRY" and the city of Kortrijk - Stad Kortrijk also wants to learn best practices from the project that can improve the city's services to the citizen.

Hangar K, where the meeting took place but which is also a stakeholder, was happy to follow up the project to see if there are opportunities for their members, the krowdies.
