On February 28, 2025, the second meeting of the local stakeholder group within the project "CCSI4CCSI - Cultural and Creative Sectors and Industries for Collaboration, Competitiveness, Sustainability, and Innovation" was held at Enter Koprivnica. Representatives of the City of Koprivnica attended the meeting, Enter Koprivnica, and stakeholders from the creative sector, who jointly analyzed the current state and development prospects of cultural and creative industries in Koprivnica and the broader region.

The CCSI4CCSI project, funded through the Interreg Europe program, aims to support cultural and creative sector actors in their development, innovation, and connection with other economic sectors. Additionally, the project contributes to achieving the European Commission's goals regarding green and digital transition, as well as economic development involving a wide range of stakeholders.  One of the key segments of the meeting was the focus group, during which a SWOT analysis of the region was conducted. During this analysis, participants identified strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats shaping the local creative sector. Through constructive discussion, important insights were gathered, which will serve as the foundation for further planning and improvement of the sector.  Among the identified strengths were the rich cultural heritage, existing infrastructure, and growing interest in creative industries. On the other hand, challenges such as limited financial resources, insufficient visibility of creative initiatives, and the lack of qualified personnel emerged as key barriers to overcome. Participants also recognized numerous opportunities, such as strengthening international cooperation, digitalization, and connections with tourism, while potential threats were linked to economic instability and the lack of institutional support.

In addition to the SWOT analysis, participants exchanged experiences and best practices from other European regions and discussed the next steps in the project's implementation. Special emphasis was placed on the importance of networking and collaboration between the public sector, entrepreneurs, and creatives to ensure optimal conditions for the development of cultural and creative industries.  The meeting concluded with a short feedback survey and informal networking, where participants had the opportunity to further deepen discussions and establish potential collaborations.

The CCSI4CCSI project will continue with a series of activities aimed at strengthening the capacity of the creative sector and developing concrete measures that will contribute to its competitiveness and sustainability. The City of Koprivnica and Enter Koprivnica will continue to actively collaborate with sector stakeholders to ensure the successful implementation of the project and the achievement of its goals.
