Official kick-off CHEERS4EU on 6, 7 and 8 May 2024

The partners are looking forward to meeting and getting to know each other. After all, they’ll be working together intensively on this project for the next three years.

CHEERS4EU is the first Interreg Europe-project that wants to accelerate the transition to a circular economy in Europe by focusing on Circular Hubs. The kick-off of CHEERS4EU will therefore (partly) take place at one of the hubs associated with the project: the Chemelot Circular Hub in Geleen (the Netherlands).

Apart from visiting the Circular Hub and its components, the first meeting of the Project Steering Committee will take place. In  this meeting, coordination will take place on a number of project matters, such as activities, finances and communication, but also the exchange of expectations.

And of course, there will also be a moment of reflection on the official start of the project and the cutting of the cake!
