Stakeholder Meeting, Workshop & Local Study Tour in Trieste
On the 26th of June 2024, a Cherry Stakeholder meeting, Thematic Workshop and Local Study Tour took place at the Casa del Cinema in Trieste.
Moderated by Elena Mengotti, who covered the progress of activities of CHERRY, the meeting allowed for the discovery of new and interesting best practices in the field of cultural heritage enhancement thanks to the Cultural and Creative Industries (CCIs) with the contribution of Professor Guido Guerzoni, and the FVG Film Commission, and thanks to the presentation of Chiara Valenti Omero, which highlighted the important results achieved for the socio-economic development of the territory.
Moreover, with a Local Study Tour themed “Diabolik,” conducted by Elisa Grando, the stakeholders had the opportunity to visit the caveau where the scenes were filmed and to understand how important the role of culture and creativity could be in the audiovisual and cinematographic field for the development of the territory and the effects and implications both in economic and employment terms and overall CCI sector.
