CODIL: Empowering Regional Innovation!

The CODIL Project is currently hosting the third inter-regional thematic seminar focused on "Incentives and Innovation Services to Attract and Retain Talent," in Timișoara, Romania. Yesterday and today, we address the evolving innovation landscape shaped by distributed-team models and highly skilled mobile knowledge workers.

Our gathering is dedicated to tackling the challenges of remote work, such as worker migration, talent loss, brain drain, and ecosystem fragmentation. Our project partners and stakeholders are delving into critical topics within education, company practices, and human resources to find solutions for talent retention.

Hosted by the West Regional Development Agency, this event is part of a broader effort to adapt and renew policies to attract and retain talent. Following the seminar, the second round of staff exchanges will take place, featuring an in-depth exchange of knowledge activities among partners and stakeholders, including visits to some of the West Region ecosystem stakeholders.

Stay tuned for updates and insights as we continue to foster collaboration and innovation across regions.
