With the aim of identifying the framework condition and the potentials of match-funding applied to civic crowdfunding within the Marche Region, the Regional Authority proposes the following chain of actions which could be put in place during the project implementation phase: 

• A Review on the application of crowdfunding to ERDF and ESF at regional level involving internal staff and consultants with expertise in financial and administrative procedures;
• From the results of the Review an “Action plan for matching public and crowdfunding in Marche Region” will be edited. The document will include a step-by-step guideline for the implementation of the CWDF initiative with the details of the activities to be put in place with related milestones as well as the people in charge and their roles. 
• On following a number of stakeholders active at regional level will be invited to attend a co-creation workshop for identifying projects of regional interest that might become object of the civic CWDF campaign; 
• Taking into account the outcomes of the workshop above the Marche Region will launch a public call for the selection of project ideas: one for EDRF and one for ESF;
• One or more projects ideas will be selected among the ones submitted in response to the call above. Those will be the object of the Crowdfunding campaign 
• In case the CWDF campaign will reach its target: the project will be concretely implemented by the promoter of the initiative.
• The outcomes of the campaign will be collected and reported by the Marche Region staff. The reporting document will include an action plan and recommendations for policy change(s) and/or the adoption of a “policy instrument” at regional level meant to foster the replicability of the CWDF experiment co-funded with public funds. The action plan will include information on the nature and timeframe of the action(s) to be implemented, the stakeholders to be involved as well as on the way the action(s) derives from the project.
