2nd Stakeholder meeting in Ireland

The Daphne project team provided an overview of Semester 1 Reporting and Semester 2 Activities including information on the Trail 1 Context Analysis Report and the project priorities identified in the report:

• awareness
• technical knowledge
• typologies
• cross sectoral collaboration

Information on the Project Team meeting in Malmo in October, including the site visit to Medicon Village to view E.ON Ectogrid, was shared with the group. The group discussed plans for the upcoming Dublin Project Team meeting proposed for September with the project team opening the floor to ideas from the stakeholder group for their input into the planning for this meeting. The proposed Best Practice Case Study which will be shared on the Interreg Europe Catalogue of learnings and solutions was also discussed.

The group discussed opportunities for learning, cooperation and further networking between the HSE and stakeholders, along with opportunities in relation to the wider DAPHNE project partners, in particular to include learnings in relation to District Heating from partner organisations.
