ENAIBLER is excited to share its recent participation in Interreg Europe's Project Training Days held in Lille, France. The three-day event, spanning from 26th to 28th September, was a deep dive into the intricacies of project management, reporting, and communication.

Highlights include:

  • Day 1: The ENAIBLER finance team engaged in detailed sessions on finance reporting, covering everything from basic reporting principles to understanding the eligibility of various expenditures. The day concluded with interactive group discussions, fostering a greater understanding of best financial practices within the Interreg community.

  • Day 2: Focus shifted to project activities and results. Here, ENAIBLER's lead partners benefitted from practical exercises, expert insights, and discussions surrounding effective reporting methods, ensuring that we meet and exceed the program's expectations.

  • Day 3: A day dedicated to communication, where our project representatives delved into the publicity requirements set by Interreg Europe. With hands-on exercises on storytelling and building online presence.

Leah Ryan, Project Assistant- Digital Innovation Ecosystems at ENAIBLER's lead partner's ERNACT, shared that "the training days hosted in the beautiful city of Lille offered the perfect balance of education and enjoyment. It was a great opportunity to network, learn about many different interesting projects and share experiences".
