Sustainable Industrialisation”), part of UN Agenda 2030, “Sustainable Cities and Communities”, SDG11 underlines the importance of making cities and human settlements inclusive, safe, long-lasting and sustainable, to enhance inclusive and sustainable urbanization and the capacity to plan and manage human settlements in a participatory, accessible, integrated and sustainable way, to protect and safeguard green and public spaces, the cultural and natural
heritage of the world and, therefore, the beauty of places, to support the positive economic, social and environmental links between urban, peri-urban and rural areas by strengthening national and regional development planning.
