Shaping Smarter, Sustainable, Inclusive Communities

As part of the FutureECOS project, we are delighted to announce a series of online meetings dedicated to sharing and discussing good practices that contribute to sustainable, smart, and inclusive living. These subgroup meetings will bring together partners from across Europe to exchange innovative solutions, inspiring case studies, and transferable strategies for improving communities and regions.

Each subgroup will explore proven initiatives that have a positive impact at the local, regional, or national level and can be adapted and implemented in other regions. The meetings will provide a platform for exchanging knowledge and selecting two outstanding good practices that will be presented at the FutureECOS Interregional Meeting in Cork, Ireland, on May 6–7, 2025.

Inclusive Living (April 2)

How can we create communities where everyone, regardless of background, has equal access to housing, public services, and opportunities for participation? We will showcase initiatives that foster social inclusion and accessibility.

Smart Living (April 7)

How can technology improve our daily lives while reducing environmental impact? From smart homes to intelligent mobility, we’ll explore innovative digital solutions that enhance quality of life.

Sustainable Living (April 10)

What are the best ways to protect the environment, reduce waste, and restore biodiversity? This session will highlight transformative practices that contribute to a more sustainable and regenerative future.
