Green4HEAT Kick-off Meeting

The Green4HEAT project's Kick-off Meeting (KOM), organized by the Region of Eastern Macedonia & Thrace (LP), took place on June 26th and 27th, 2024, in Komotini, Greece. All eight project partners attended, with the Municipality of Postojna (SI) and University of Patras (Gr) participating remotely. This meeting followed a virtual pre-kick-off session held on May 24th.

Both meetings addressed various aspects of the project's implementation, including thematic, financial, and management topics. The virtual pre-kick-off focused on first-semester activities, while the physical KOM provided a comprehensive overview of the entire project.

During the KOM in Komotini, partners presented the state of play in their territories, discussed the improvements they wish to achieve regarding the Policy Instruments they address and outlined their forthcoming activities. They also engaged in in-depth discussions and exchanged ideas.

The gathering was an excellent opportunity for partners to come together, share their insights, and collaboratively set key goals for the project's success.
