Lead Partner hosts stakeholder meeting in Päijät Häme

A hybrid meeting of 12 stakeholders and experts was held on August 30, 2023. The discussion extensively covered the topic of identity. It was noted that in Päijät-Häme, regional identity is weaker compared to local identities, such as those of municipalities, cities, towns, or neighbourhoods,  and this should be taken into account.

The stakeholder group also discussed the impact of industrial transition on identity. It was acknowledged that this relationship is complex and requires deeper investigation.

The group discussed potential good practices that could be incorporated into the project. Several possible good practices were mentioned, as well as strategies of interest to the project.

In conclusion, it was noted that identity is a multifaceted issue requiring further exploration. It was agreed that the next stakeholder meeting would focus more intensely on the theme of identity
