At a recent stakeholder meeting, the Puglia Region presented four Good Practices identified within the LOTTI project. These initiatives focus on engaging citizens in industrial transition and linking local identity to new opportunities in key sectors.

The meeting, held on May 22, 2024, featured presentations by the managers of the identified practices: Palazzo Guerrieri (Brindisi), Innotipico (Taranto-Brindisi), the Compendium of Cillarese (Brindisi), and the Taranto Futuro Prossimo Plan. Discussions also included the potential inclusion of these practices in the S3 Community of Practices, highlighting their importance for regional development.

Additionally, Good Practices from other LOTTI project partners were shared, sparking interest in a potential bilateral exchange visit, expected in early 2025, for further cooperation and knowledge-sharing between regions. Puglia is also set to host the interregional meeting in late 2025, with study visits planned for the showcased practices.

The meeting reinforced the commitment of local stakeholders to enhancing Puglia's regional innovation strategy (S3).
