2nd STAKEHOLDER GROUP MEETING HELD IN FRANCE
The Seine-Saint-Denis stakeholder group met on Monday 12 February for the second time.
The aim of this meeting was to identify one or more good practices in microfinance and solidarity finance in Seine-Saint Denis that could be shared with European partners.
This workshop was attended by all partners : Grégoire Héaulme (Adie), Aristote Zola (CRESUS), Philippe Assedov( BNP Paribas Personal Finance), Clotilde Califano ( France Active Métropole), Sabrina Lauro (Cigales), Mona Boudhri and Caroline Nanette (Banque de France Seine-Saint-Denis).
The first part of the workshop allowed partners to present their day-to-day operational cooperation.
In the second part of the meeting, each partner presented a good practice example from their own organisation. The partners selected the good practice according to defined criteria, i.e. an initiative linked to regional development policy that has proved successful in one region and is of potential interest to other regions.
This meant that 6 good practices were presented and this time spent sharing allowed people to get to know each other better. This meeting also highlights the diversity of the topics covered : professional micro-credit to support the formalisation of a business, supported personal micro-credit, micro-credit to facilitate ecological transition, solidarity micro-savings, bank loan guarantees, budget education.
If each of these initiatives is worthy of consideration, the next step will be to select one or more of them on the basis of the strict identification criteria recommended (availability of results, transferability, level of innovation and sustainability).
