In connection with a so-called Community Talk On 16 February in Örebro County, the second stakeholder group meeting was held. Roughly 45 people participated from various organizations within social economy and the public sector.

During the conversation, Anders Bro, Region Örebro County, gave an account of the Microfuture project and some of the experiences from the project's participating countries. He pointed to the importance of ensuring functioning microfinance in Örebro County.

The conversation also revolved around the importance of including microfinance actors and their services in the mapping of the social economy ecosystem that is being carried out during the spring in Örebro County. The mapping will be based on the needs that social enterprises and other organizations within the social economy have in a number of different areas. Financing is one of these areas. Other areas of need consist of organizational development, skills development, access to markets, access to networks and forums as well as internationalization.

The Microfuture project will be discussed continuously at both working committee meetings, Community Talks and internal member meetings within the Partnership for Social Innovation in the coming years.
