Good practices workshop in Burgenlandkreis

On May, 6th the district of Burgenlandkreis in Germany organized a workshop with both stakeholders of the MILEstone project but also with internal employees of the Migration Agency and the district of BLK. A total of 16 participants, divided into three thematic groups had the opportunity to revise and analyse the good practices published by other patner regions.

The participants of the workshop analysed the good practices taking into consideration key factors like similarities regarding the structures in BLK and if similar approaches are already existing in the district and disussed within the groups about the possibility of transferring them to the district and how the district would benefit from them.

This workshop was the first milestone for a possible Pilot Action taking place in the district of Burgenlandkreis within the framework of the MILEstone project next year. The next step will be the presenting the better rated good practices to decission makers within the administration.
