Stakeholder meetings held by UNCEM Piemonte

Two online workshops were held by Uncem Piemonte in February 2024.

The 1st one was held on February 14th and lasted about 30 minutes with a small group that allowed us to have widespread and more immediate feedback from stakeholders. The participants were Municipality of Priero and the Escartons and Valli Valdesi Local Action Group. The meeting was an opportunity to talk about how to actively involve third-party stakeholders through the participants' contact networks, so as to be able to invite them to the next meeting which will involve around 20 participants (estimated).

The 2nd one was held on February 20th and lasted about 2 hours and it was the presentation meeting to a wide audience of possible new stakeholders, plus those already involved in the previous phases, including local municipalities, NGOs, employment agencies, professional training institutions, inter-municipal consortia, Caritas, etc. Good practices, baseline study, peer review was discussed. New participants were invited to contribute with the SWOT analysis and the submission of Good Practices.

The meeting was an opportunity to talk about the baseline study so far and the feedback from the stakeholders. These inputs we’ll be taken into account for the development and finalization of the BS.
