This meeting serves as an excellent opportunity for all stakeholders to learn more about our progress in the project and discuss future project activities related to supporting innovation in our region.

Meeting Agenda: After the opening remarks, participants were informed about the 3rd International Educational Meeting of ORIGINN project partners held in Athlone, Ireland, and the experiences of stakeholders who attended this international project meeting. One of the main points of the program was a presentation by Urban Flora, showcasing their activities in the agro-food sector. We also discussed the upcoming activities of the ORIGINN project and the planned international project meeting in Romania on the topic of social innovations, where we will focus on good practice examples from our region. The meeting concluded with a lively discussion and a joint working lunch, where participants had the opportunity for informal conversations and exchange of ideas. About the ORIGINN Project: ORIGINN is an international project that connects seven European regions to establish partnerships, exchange know-how, and, above all, build capacity and support opportunities for rural transformation through industrial innovations with a focus on the agro-food sector. The goal of the Prešov Self-Governing Region within the project is to enhance the knowledge and capacity building of regional authorities in these thematic areas, identify, transfer, and adopt innovative and successful best practices and insights gained from partner regions to improve regional policy tools.
