2nd Catalan Regional Stakeholder Meeting

On January 31st, February 1st and February 5th, the partner Office of Business Administration held their second stakeholder meeting for the PROACTsme project. The three sessions were divided between local scope, regional scope and economic agents.

The dynamic of the sessions was in the form of a workshop. Open discussion was encouraged and there was a constant brainstorm with post-its, which were divided into different sections. In these discussions, a section was dedicated to the proactive services that are important to them and their clients.

Some ideas discussed were:

• Alarm system: at the end of procedures, to both interested party and public administration technician, for delayed procedures.
• Generative AI: incorporate a repository of information and regulations
• Standardize the legal scope for IA and proactive services.
• Implement wider databases, more interconnection and interoperability between administration levels and departments.

From PROACTsme, we aim to put AI at the center of the new digital public administration. Thank you to everyone who attended these sessions and contributed with their ideas!
