2nd Regional Stakeholder Meeting: Mazovia Region partners

The 2nd RSG meeting of PROACTsme project took place on 20th of February and was organized jointly by two Mazovian partners: Entrepreneurship and Investment Centre and Marshal's Office of the Mazovian Voivodeship in Warsaw. 

The meeting participants were presented with the results of the workshop for project partners, which took place during the latest study visit to Warsaw and concerned the usage of artificial intelligence in public services. Artificial intelligence issues were also presented in terms of 7 typical patterns of its application. The workshop discussed the key challenges in creating AI-based services and identified challenges in using/creating AI solutions in public services. Challenges related to building knowledge about AI, trust in public services and the visibility and usability of such systems were also discussed. 

The meeting was attended by representatives of the Ministry of Digitization, Łukasiewicz Research Network - Industrial Institute of Automation and Measurements, local government units, BSOs and AI services providers.
