6th Partner Meeting - Online follow-up semester 2

The PROACTsme team came together on February 23rd to carry out an online partner meeting. The aim of this meeting was to close up semester two and to bring into the picture semester 3. The meeting was held on Microsoft TEAMS at 11:30h and lasted for a little bit over an hour. Participation was encouraged all throughout the session.

Firstly, the team joined to discuss the current state of the reporting of period 1. Then the meeting went on to discuss the communication report, how the new social media have made an impact on the project media presence.

Further into the meeting, the section under the title “projection of semester 3”, brought attention to the plan of semester 3. This section was divided into three parts: exchange of experience, communication strategy and project management. All throught the three sections, the team went over the duties and activities for such semester, the planning on the application form, as well as focusing on solving doubts and highlighting important deadlines. The following section reminded all partners of the foreseen budget for semester 3 so all activities starting on March 1st have in mind economical limits.

The session finished up with a general consensus of excitement for semester 3, given that the Lithuanian partners and Norwegian partners have started to plan ahead their respective study visits.
