ARRR (IT) presents REC4EU at the "Promoter project" seminar
As part of the European cooperation project "PROMOTER-PROMoting TERritorial strategies for sustainable mobility through green energy prosumer hubs" funded by the Interreg Europe 2021-2027 Program (of which Livorno Province is the lead partner), a thematic seminar "Building a greener Europe through local strategies: Renewable Energy Communities (CERs), role and functions" took place on Thursday June 29th 2023 at the Museum of Natural History of the Mediterranean in via Roma, 234 in Livorno (IT).
Among the scheduled interventions, we point out in particular the one by Dr. Roberto Bianco of ARRR who was invited (as lead partner of the REC4EU project) to make a presentation on the topic of "Training and information experiences for Renewable Energy Communities in the Tuscany Region".
This was the for ARRR the right opportunity to present also the REC4EU project, its partners, its oblectives and future steps.
Local administrations, transport companies, territorial development agencies, subjects operating in the field of energy production, distribution and consumption, as well as representatives of the Promoter project partner countries were present at the event, who resulted to be very interesting as a starting point to build a network of local stakeholder interested in RECs and many other green topics.
