Mathieu Bourgois, on behalf of Energie Commune (Belgium)  wanted to explore ARRR Good Practices in order to get inspiration for his country.

1) How do you actually organise a REC in Tuscany, in particular a non-recognised association?

2) How can you involve so actively Tuscan chamber of commerce? (in Belgium we have a hard time activating the business world)

3) How are you involving the Scuola Superiore Sant'Anna (Department of Sociology) to provide a contribution through active participation in the INVECE project for all aspects that may concern sociological issues related to the RECs (e.g. energy poverty)?

4) How can we involve a Municipality in a REC promoted by a third producer?

5) What are the difficulties for a Municipality to participate in a REC?R
