Level Congress of Lubelskie (PL): our message on the top

To start with, the Three Seas Congress is an international, annual event addressed to government and local government administration, science and business sectors from 13 member states of the Three Seas initiative and other strategic partners. It is held under the Patronage of the President of the Republic of Poland, Andrzej Duda.

During the 3Seas Congress, young leaders and innovators presented their achievements during accompanying events of seminars, panels, as well as talks near the exhibition stands.
On the 2nd day, the case study was an event accompanied by set – up thematic stations, where participants moved freely after listening to presentations of applicable examples of good practices and projects.

Lubelskie

The Lubelskie region partner gave a presentation on interregional projects as the key to a regional change, focusing on the now - flourishing REC4EU. The positive message of inspiration was grounded on solid facts of the project’s overall, as well as specific objectives.

Namely, the project’s inclusivity, potential for innovation and bottom - up approach were enlisted as general incentives to get involved with the Interreg, as the presentation was supplemented with demonstration of the REC4EU promotional video.

Then, the Lubelskie region representative mentioned the current progress on the regional energy policy document, already supplemented with conclusions on energy communities. It was specifically pointed that the conclusions were derived thanks to the REC4EU partners’ exchange of SWOT analyses.

Between 2021 and 2023, a total of almost 3,500 people from 25 countries around the world attended the three previous editions of the Congress and the accompanying Economic Forum.
