Second Stakeholders meeting in the Mark Municipality

On 17 September 2024, the second SALAM stakeholder meeting organised by the Municipality of Mark was held at Eriksdalsgatan 12 in Skene (Sweden), gathering key participants to review the progress of the SALAM project. This session featured a presentation of SALAM, a showcase of the SALAM films available on social media and a workshop focused on a SWOT analysis. The meeting also included a quick recap of the recent event in Florence and highlighted upcoming opportunities for the project.

The second stakeholder meeting continued building on the discussions from the first meeting, focusing on identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats (SWOT) within the context of the local labour market and skills development through the SALAM project. Attendees participated in a workshop that aimed to provide actionable insights for the next phases of the initiative.

Participants reflected on the recent partners' meeting in Florence and prepared for future opportunities within the SALAM project. The insights gained from the SWOT analysis will guide the next stages of the project, with a continued focus on aligning local development efforts with SALAM’s overarching goals of fostering sustainable economic growth and labour market improvements.
