Coaching Session on Business Models and Partnerships
SERN is currently organizing an informative coaching session tailored to start-up founders and representatives looking to improve their business models and partnerships. The coaching session is one of the activities carried out within the EU-funded project RAISE, whose main goal is to develop a new and sustainable integrated support framework to foster start-up growth and scale-up across Europe in all its dimensions, from initial funding, research support to public incentives and internationalisation.
The session aims to provide participants with valuable insights and practical solutions to enhance their entrepreneurial endeavors. The full-day coaching session, scheduled to take place in September in Brussels, will be divided into two distinct parts, ensuring a comprehensive learning experience for all attendees.
In the first part, external experts will take the lead, delivering a comprehensive overview of business model actions and business partnerships actions. The experts will also address the specific challenges and problems identified by the participants through a pre-session form, enabling a tailored approach to the coaching experience.
In the second part of the session, the participants will be separated into two groups of five representatives and will attend individualized coaching sessions with an expert for each topic. Through interactive learning activities like role-plays and case studies, participants will have the opportunity to apply the concepts learned in the morning session. After approximately 1.5 hours, the groups will rotate to attend the session with the other expert, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of both business model actions and business partnerships actions.
The coaching session will culminate in a small networking event, providing a platform for start-up representatives and experts to connect and engage with one another. This networking opportunity will foster potential collaborations and knowledge-sharing among participants. Participants will also have the option to sign up for follow-up coaching sessions, should they require additional support on their entrepreneurial journey.
By the end of this coaching session, participants will have gained a deeper understanding of business model actions and business partnerships actions, along with the necessary skills to improve their start-up's success rate.
