Stakeholders meeting in Hauts-de-France
The SMART CON EUROPE project was launched in Hauts-de-France with regional stakeholders on September 26, 2024 at Le Fresnoy (National Studio of Contemporary Arts in Tourcoing).
During this meeting, the broad outlines of the project were introduced to several local clusters, including Plaine Images, Eurasanté, Euramaterials, Pôlénergies, Bio Economy for Change and CITC, as well as the regional innovation agency HDFID. Other actors, although not able to attend, have already expressed their interest in joining this collective dynamic.
Although SMEs are a real engine for growth, they under-utilize European funding dedicated to research and innovation. Against this backdrop, the aim of SMART CON EUROPE is to develop the regional ecosystem dedicated to supporting SMEs, to make it easier for them to access European funding dedicated to Research and Innovation.
