We would like to form a consortium from regional authorities and other stakeholders that are facing challenges related to the lack of workforce in regions where the green industrial revolution is gaining momentum.
The project aims at charting the course for putting people in the centre of the twin transition improving the policies for attracting and retaining low and high skilled workforce in regions in industrial growth.
The consortium will federate efforts to shape up a mix of policies to ease the attraction and retaining of skilled workforce to speed up the twin transition.
