The Collective for a European Civic Service develops across Europe a programme of youth engagement on missions of general interest - particularly targeting youth with fewer opportunities.
At the level of governance, we are active to promote the creation of a national programme of engagement, such as the French, Italian, Luxembourgish and German civic service, to make the European Civic Service possible across Europe (6 months in the first country and then 6 months in another European country for the youth, being active at local/regional level on solidarity missions).
During the programme, the youth also received some training (citizenship, sustainability, engagement, EU values) and are accompanied for their professional insertion.
