WeSTEMEU partners debate on its 1st Peer Review Session
The WeSTEMEU project reached a significant achievement as it completed its inaugural Peer Review session, held during the meeting in Vilnius, Lithuania. This session provided an opportunity for participants to engage in constructive dialogue and debate, focusing on the practices observed during the project's initial Study Visit.
The tranquil atmosphere of the session allowed for in-depth analysis and discussion of the observed practices. The participants evaluated and commented on these practices, ultimately initiating a selection process to identify three standout practices. These selected practices will be documented in the project's database for further in-depth analysis, with the potential for future application in different institutional contexts.
After the debate, the selected best practices have been the Acceleration Programme/Mentorship presented by Lyderée and Women Go Tech, for their innovative nature and completeness. The association of women leaders, also presented by Lyderée, stands out for its demonstrated and direct impact. And once again, Women Go Tech's Discovery Programme has been chosen for its ease in achieving results.
The dynamic group discussion format, facilitated by the Igualada City Council, contributed to a clear understanding of the issues and collective opinions within the group. Their role in presenting and moderating the debate was instrumental in ensuring a productive meeting. Once again, active and cordial participation from all attendees played a vital role in the successful execution of the session.
