Region Västerbotten stakeholders met in Lycksele

During the third stakeholders’ meeting in Lycksele on May 29 the participants revised again the most difficult issues the region is confronting in relation to the twin transition.

They have discussed how regions share needs and knowledge to find effective solutions in the interregional project CEI BOOST. The need for specific good practices related to the need for attracting people to live and work in the Nord was in the focus of the meeting. Ideas from partners’ countries have been presented in search for support to answer the most demanding problems in the Northern regions’ agenda. The cooperation between European regions was again accepted as a fruitful inspiration for planning new measures for boosting the industrial growth and the attraction of people to live and work in the Nord.
