European Project CHERRY Launch Event in Passariano.

In a significant milestone for the Regione Autonoma Friuli Venezia Giulia (Friuli Venezia Giulia Autonomous Region - FVG) and its partners, the European project "CHERRY" was officially launched on May 11, 2023. The launch event took place amidst the picturesque surroundings of Villa Manin in Passariano, as part of the "EFFECT CULTURE II: IMPACT OF MUSEUMS AND REGIONAL EXHIBITION SPACES" conference.

The event, moderated by Anna Del Bianco, Head of the Department of Culture and Sports, brought together key figures in the cultural and academic spheres. Notable speakers included Antonio Bravo, Director General of PromoTurismoFVG; Guido Guerzoni, Professor at Università Bocconi; Elena Mengotti, holding an organizational position in administrative, accounting, European, and international affairs; and Marta Pascolini, representing ERPAC- FVG AR, the body responsible for cultural heritage.

The primary focus of the event was to introduce and discuss the "CHERRY" project, its objectives, and its significance for the region. It served as a pivotal moment for engaging with professionals and stakeholders from the cultural and creative sectors operating within the territory.

The "CHERRY" project aims to contribute to the continued enhancement of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region by fostering collaboration and innovation within the cultural and creative sectors. The launch event provided a platform for sharing insights, sparking discussions, and building partnerships to drive this ambitious endeavour forward.
