On the 4th of June the partnership gathered in Miercurea Ciuc, Romania for the second peer review meeting, whose topic was “Innovative financing schemes”.
All the main activities were divided into 3 days, with a specific objective. For example the first day was dedicated to the study visits, the second one to the Masterclass and the stakeholders’ workshop, while the last day was mainly a thematic one focusing on the roadmap to policy improvement activities and the communication ones.
The first study visit was in Ghimeș to provide an example of citizen participation, by showing the partnership how the community (especially young people) is involved in the management and maintenance of meadows using the traditional method of hand mowing.
