One of DEBUTING good practices awarded in Finland
Lapland's Entrepreneurship Education Strategy, one of the good practices introduced in DEBUTING project, was awarded in Finland on December 11th 2023 as “The Best Developers of Entrepreneurship Education in Finland 2023” by Yes Ry.
“With this recognition, we want to bring to light the cooperation that is carried out in entrepreneurship education in different regions and in different organizations. Coaching young people for the future belongs to everyone, and by developing the entrepreneurial capabilities of children and young people, we help them find their own strengths and find their place in working life. The awarded parties have purposefully promoted entrepreneurship education in their own networks.” Comments Sanna Lehtonen, Executive Director of YES ry.
YES is a network focused in fostering entrepreneur education. In addition to Lapland’s Entrepreneurship Education Strategy for example teachers, NGOs and an entrepreneur organization were rewarded.

The awarded entrepreneur education strategy includes for example a method manual offering practical guidance to the entrepreneur education of people of all ages.

The Entrepreneur Education Strategy was pitched as a good practice in the DEBUTING project in Karlstad in April, 2023. The Strategy will be more extensively presented to DEBUTING project partners and stakeholders in the next DEBUTING project meeting in Stuttgart 24.-25.1.2024.
