Why is it important for companies to apply gender equality and diversity approach? The presentation is a part of the first thematic workshop in DEBUTING project, organized by Karlstad University. There will be six thematic workshops arranged as part of the project. The workshops have a dual character, offering an opportunity for capacity building of the participants, with invited external experts for specific sub-topics, and an open space for dialogue of the topics of the workshops.
