EMBRACER at the "Connecting Romania" event

A moment of the meeting

EMBRACER, on 10 October, was presented at the event "Connecting Romania: Key Transport Developments and Strategic Objectives," organized by the British Romanian Chamber of Commerce, in Bucharest, Romania.

This event aimed to have an open dialogue focused on the key priorities for transport and infrastructure in the coming period, including the Public Transport 2021-2027 funding guide, as well as other ongoing strategic objectives for this year and the next.

Several key players from various sectors to address the future of Romania's transport infrastructure were brought together.

  • Promoting sustainable transport for now and beyond
  • Solutions for efficient transport solutions & main trends

EMBRACER was presented thanks to a keynote speech by Vlad Stoicescu, president of the Romanian Sustainable Fuels Association - ACS Center for Sustainability, one of the project regional stakeholders.

He especially highlighted ADRBI's (Agenția pentru Dezvoltare Regională București-Ilfov) efforts to advance sustainable urban transportation and logistics for both public and private sectors, thanks to the direct involvement in EMBRACER.
