A moment of the meeting

The Steering Group (SG) Meeting of the EMBRACER Project was held online on 7 May 2024, with all project partners participating. The meeting focused on the exchange of progress updates and addressing key issues related to the project's ongoing activities. Different topics were covered and discussed with the partnership.

Each partner shared their latest developments, and a reinforcement was made to aligning the collective efforts towards the project's objectives. A significant portion of the meeting focused on the reporting status. Partners discussed the upcoming reports, emphasising the need for timely and accurate submissions.

Financial issues were also a key topic, with discussions centered around ensuring the project's financial balanced spending plan and addressing any existing concerns. With respect to the particular indicator about Good Practice Submission, the process was revised to streamline and improve the indicator, based on all the already identified practices. Partners shared insights and strategies to ensure that submissions meet the high standards expected by the project. Effective internal and external communication remains important to the project's success.

It was also the time to talk about the next Exchange of Experience Events: dates were set for upcoming exchange of experience events, although one had to be postponed. Following the discussions, a revised timeline for the next semester reporting was established. This new schedule is designed to accommodate the various needs and constraints of the partners, ensuring a more manageable and coherent reporting process.

The final topic to be covered by SG was the agreement to include new discovery partners under the Restricted Call. The partnership structure will be adjusted to integrate these new partners, with unanimous consent to embrace the new discovery partners, and all partners are inspired to share their experience so far and their knowledge.
