Time for Stakeholders meeting in Leipzig!

On February 1, 2024, the second regional stakeholder meeting for the EMBRACER project took place. Following a brief overview of the work of Aufbauwerk and the Interreg Europe program, a presentation was given summarizing EMBRACER and its various instruments and objectives.

Attendees provided a detailed insight into FLASH (autonomous automated shuttle) – a project of the district of Nordsachsen and Nordsachsen Mobil GmbH. This was followed by a discussion on the proceedings of a previously held international networking meeting in Rome (December 2023). Building on these insights, the focus then shifted to concrete ideas and perspectives for the upcoming Exchange of Experience event in Leipzig. Measures such as MoLeWa (Mobility Leipzig in Transition) and PUMA (Strengthening Commuter Mobility in Leipzig and Surroundings – Actively Promoting Mobility and Traffic Transition) were also discussed.
