Interactive World Café Session
Participants split in groups of 8-10 people. Each group works for 60 minutes on the two key challenges of the building renovation process, aggregation and speeding up.
Each table has a table host from the organisers to ensure all questions are addressed in the given time frame. Each table selects a rapporteur for the 1st topic and a rapporteur for the 2nd topic who will present the key points from the discussions to the plenary later.
- Aggregation
- What areas of the renovation process can be aggregated?
- What are the barriers to aggregation in the areas identified?
- What changes are necessary and who is responsible?
- Speeding up the process
- What is slowing down the renovation process?
- What can be done to speed it up (in theory and concrete examples)?
- What changes are necessary and who is responsible?
Report back to the plenary
The rapporteur from each table presents to the plenary the key insights gained during the World Café sessions.
