1st Stakeholder meeting - Pardubice Region, Czech Republic
On Friday 6 September 2024, the first project meeting of key stakeholders (or Stakeholder meeting) of the GH2M project will take place at the Road Fair of the Road Administration and Maintenance of Roads of the Pardubice Region in Doubravice.
The first meeting of key stakeholders is an introductory meeting where representatives of the local government will meet with experts on hydrogen issues. The main actors of the meeting will be Ruth Bízková, former Minister of the Environment and currently coordinator of the working group of the coal regions in transition in the field of promoting the application of hydrogen technologies and coordinated development of the concept of "hydrogen valleys", Petr Mervart, Commissioner of the Minister of Industry and Trade for Hydrogen Strategies and Roman Ličbinský, Director of the Division of Sustainable Transport and Diagnostics of Transport Structures at the Transport Research Centre.
The group of key stakeholders of the project consists of representatives of the Pardubice Region and the City of Pardubice, the University of Pardubice and private sector representatives from major companies in the field of hydrogen technology and automotive.
The aim of the meeting is to spread awareness of the possibilities of using hydrogen in transport and the prospective real use or production of green hydrogen in the Pardubice Region.
