Our Latest Handbook is out!
Our second Handbook focuses on contract models and user agreements for the temporary use of public spaces and buildings during urban regeneration interventions, presenting examples to unlock the potential of these spaces for cultural, social, and entrepreneurial activities. It features six good practices identified through the experiences of Riga City Council, Tuscany Region, Mazowieckie Region, Métropole Européenne de Lille, Bucharest-Ilfov Regional Development Agency, and Ayuntamiento Las Palmas, all gathered during the third semester of the project under the methodological guidance of ANCI Toscana and LAMA Impresa Sociale.
Each good practice is presented with a focus on the resources employed, the evidence of success, and the potential for transferring or adapting these approaches to other cities and regions.
