INERTNews #4 is out!
It feels like just yesterday we laid the first stones of INERTWASTE, yet this year marks the halfway point of its journey. It means we are approaching a key transition: moving from an intense phase of knowledge exchange to focusing on the transfer and integration of what we’ve learned into our local contexts.
Our shared goal remains the same— introducing and enhancing policies related to inert and inorganic waste management. Just as we did with Gulborgsund's new Sustainable Procurement and Tendering Policy, we will soon share more success stories from INERTWASTE partners. But let’s not get ahead of ourselves—there’s still one Transnational Learning Journey to go!
Following our inspiring meeting in Marseille, we have one final destination and one last topic to explore. In May, Guldborgsund Municipality will welcome project partners and stakeholders to discuss the role of local public authority as a driver for green transition in construction and industrial sector and future skills and knowledge. As usual, we will share our key take-aways on the website. Plus, we have something exciting in the works – the second season of Humans of INERTWASTE! If you enjoyed the first one, you will love getting to know more faces and stories behind the project. With so much ahead, the coming months will be busy, so stay tuned!
In the meantime, what about reading the fourth issue of INERTNews, our newsletter?
It is just out of the press and will tell you everything about the past months (and not only!)
