Partners and stakeholders gather in Carlow

Carlow County Council welcomed attendees for two days of interregional exchange, on 25-26 September 2024. All InnoCom partners attended, as did stakeholders from five territories.

Speakers from the County Council presented an overview of the area and of the local planning process. At the Local Enterprise Office, attendees learned about different support initiatives from staff and from SMEs benefiting from them. Site visits to the South East Technological University, Carlow College, and four local businesses illustrated aspects of the local economic climate.

The IEM concluded with the gala Carlow Chamber Business Awards, where attendees, who were welcomed as special guests, helped cheer the nominees and winners.
